What application would you use to manage tasks and projects? We had one problem, previously there were no big tasks, and when a big task came to our small firm, we didn't do one item at all. Since it got lost.

Yes, it is certainly a huge problem. Especially if you have everything under the contract. And every task that was to be performed is prescribed. I've looked at several different project management programs. Look for a pmbook-based program.

I don't argue that you should look on pmbook, because all aspects of development of any project are there. And it can be optimized for any project. But do you know how many such programs there are? And not all of them are well designed.

I completely agree with you about thoughtfulness. We often had cases where we used the wrong project management software. And some stages took much more time than they should have. Optimized enough for all the realities of projects and based on pmbuk, you can use Cloud Project Management Software for a year we use it for our projects. All things considered, as well as convenient tracking of tasks and a safety net is there to ensure that a person finishes it in time.
